Matthew J. Bruderman
Mr. Bruderman leads all merchant and investment banking activities for the firm and takes great pride in being involved personally with each transaction undertaken by Bruderman Brothers. Mr. Bruderman has been in the financial services industry for nearly 20 years, and represents the third generation of the Bruderman family in the industry. Early in his career, he held positions in sales, investment and merchant banking, financial planning, and investment management with firms including T.R. Winston & Company, Shearson Lehman, and Merrill Lynch. Subsequently, Mr. Bruderman founded several companies, including M.J. Bruderman & Co., Inc., a financial services holding company; Bruderman Asset Management Company, Inc., an investment advisory firm; Vanadium, Inc., a strategic consulting firm; and MJBC Corporate Retirement Services, Inc., a pension consulting firm. Mr. Bruderman is also a Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 license holder.
