Daniel E. Jacobson
Mr. Jacobson oversees all of the firm's legal and compliance matters. Mr. Jacobson began his legal career performing corporate governance work at Asarco, Inc., a former Fortune 500 company, and thereafter served as outside counsel to Bruderman Brothers and its affiliates while at Garvey Schubert Barer and later Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke. Mr. Jacobson received a B.A. from Tufts University and a J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School.
